I just need your address which I can view on Google Earth and I need to clearly see where the property boundaries are. Then I can draw out the ley lines, underground water, geopathic stress zones and much more and email it back to you and I post all of the crystals etc., which you will need to place.

I also clear the energies from the land and home as well and give you a report on all of it. This is followed by a phone call to discuss the findings and ensure you understand my written instructions. 
*Yes, remote work is just as effective as on-site work.

If overseas, follow-up calls can be on Skype or Zoom.

On properties UP TO 5 acres (apartments to small acreage) I work on-site and you are welcome to walk with me as I find the challenges that need healing, outside and inside the home. This can be up to a 3-hour process. I bring the crystals and any other materials that I use for the balance. (On properties larger than 5 acres, I will balance the acreage around the house, on-site, and map out the rest for you.)   
(Sometimes apartments and units can take as much time as acreage, depending on what is happening there).
*Please note that an on-site healing does not come with any type of written report.

If you are interested in buying a property and want to find out what is happening underneath before you buy, I can map out the ley lines, underground water, geopathic stress zones and much more to give you an idea of whether this is a high vibrational property or not.

This does not include any healing work, just the reading and mapping.

Then, if you do go ahead with the purchase and want to have the Land Healing done, you take the $110 you have already paid off the normal Land Healing fee and only pay the difference.

For this reading, I need a clear, full-length photo of you. We do a 'live reading' via a 1-hour phone call after you send me your photo.
Then I do the healing work remotely after we have spoken.
* Please note - this is not like a Tarot Reading where you are looking for answers about your future. This is practical information about what is showing up in your energy field now, what challenges need to be brought to light or in need of some healing.
