All work is done remotely and is just as effective as on-site work.
I just need your address which I can view on Google Earth and I need to clearly see where the property boundaries are. Then I can draw out the ley lines, underground water, geopathic stress zones and much more and email it back to you and I post all of the crystals etc., which you will need to place.

I also clear the energies from the land and home as well. This is followed by a phone call to discuss the findings and ensure you understand my written report/instructions. If overseas, follow-up calls can be on Skype or Zoom.
*(I don't map properties first to see if they need clearing. I have never come across a property that doesn't have negative ley lines, or some combination of water, geopathic stress, energies in the home etc).

If you are interested in buying or renting a property and want to find out what is happening underneath before you buy, I can map out the ley lines, underground water, geopathic stress zones and much more to give you an idea of whether this is a high vibrational property or not.

This does not include any healing work, just the reading and mapping.

Then, if you do go ahead with the purchase or rent the property and want to have the Land Healing done, you take the $125 you have already paid off the normal Land Healing fee and only pay the difference.

PACH sessions go for 1-hour and will be done over the phone. For the session, please be in a comfortable quiet space with a notepad and pen.

Held in small groups of no more than 3 people, PACH level 1 training takes place over approximately 4 or 5 hours through Zoom, depending on  how quickly you work through the material.

Generally, I create a space for you and 2 others from 9am through until approximately 2pm, however, some groups complete the lesson sooner. There is also an option to begin at an earlier or later time.
