Then, if you do go ahead with the purchase or rent the property and want to have the Land Healing done, you take the $125 you have already
paid off the normal Land Healing fee and only pay the difference.

How it works
I aim to have all pre-purchase property readings done within a 24-hour period due to the time sensitive nature of purchasing properties.
I will email you the completed map of the findings, and a basic report of what I have found, then connect with you over the phone to discuss these.
